After changing almost everything in the bike I finally got a replacement after paying 600 euro although the bike should have been replaced for free due to warranty laws. Even the replacement is having malfunctions and gives error codes and now they want me to start replacing parts there as well. The service is very disappointing. I am not accepting this as they let me down with the previous bike. Clearly it is their way of working. Moving the failing quality control of the company to their clients and not covering any costs. This company does not take any responsibility. Beware before you buy.
