the story continues: after paying again for a new bike what had to replace the previous bike we got an error after one day. again they start sending new parts what takes time so the bike can't be used. the first bike is still not working after changing parts in 4 months time. i asked to change the bike for a new one but again they refused. companies like 7go don't belong on alibaba. the refund also still hasn't come back. please don't order here; the moment you have a problem you can wait forever and nothing happens when the problems aren't fixed after months. order your bike local where you get service.

    After changing almost everything in the bike I finally got a replacement after paying 600 euro although the bike should have been replaced for free due to warranty laws. Even the replacement is having malfunctions and gives error codes and now they want me to start replacing parts there as well. The service is very disappointing. I am not accepting this as they let me down with the previous bike. Clearly it is their way of working. Moving the failing quality control of the company to their clients and not covering any costs. This company does not take any responsibility. Beware before you buy.
